From Waikiki to Manoa Gym
- get on Ala Wai Blvd (one way heading West),
- right turn on McCully St and go over the bridge (passing Ala Wai Canal),
- straight on McCully St and go over the bridge (passing H1 Lunalilo Freeway), the road will turn into Metcalf St.
- head towards University Ave, coming to a T-intersection
- left turn on University Ave, head into the valley, and transition into Oahu Ave,
- come to 5-lane (star) intersection, enter through Manoa Road,
- Manoa Valley District Park is on right with parking lot near the street, gym is below
